That sounds like an amazing coconut water! 🙂 I usually drink water and I’m really not a fan of anything sugary like juices or lemonades, but from what I’ve just read this seems like a worth to try out 🙂 just to taste anyways 🙂

I love coconut water – it’s like a natural isotonic drink and I also use coconut oil quite often. In the future I will take care of the ingredients. I wasn’t aware of those big differences in quality.

Tried Vita Coco , loved its taste.Since it is easily available , it’s a real substitute for other store brought high calorie sugary drinks.

I’ve never had Vita Coco but I have had other brands of coconut water and didn’t enjoy it honestly, although I’ve never tried it in smoothies so maybe that’s the trick to it lol

I tried coconut water and I am not such a fan. But, I disliked green tea and oatmeal in the beginning, so maybe I’ll give it another chance.
