Acne Problems? Home made Toner

Growing up as a teenager, I  had a major insecurity because of my acne. I think in high school years most of us hit a awkward pimple phase.  Lets all face it acne sucks,my  confidence plummeted. I was ashamed of how I looked. In high school people used to describe me as a pimple faced girl, I tried all sort of products and went to different dermatologists, used all the prescribed acne cream medicines from Ayurveda to homeopathy  but still no result. Finally my drastic switch from using all natural and organic  for the past few years has shown a lot of difference. .This change in thought soon led me down the holistic and natural skincare road which turned out to be pretty amazing.

appleFor the past 3- 4 months I  started using apple cider vinegar as a toner after cleansing my face. I had incredible  results on  my face , it worked like a charm. I recommend people to cleanse your face at least three times a day, drink plenty of water and eat healthy. I prefer using the Organic apple cider vinegar for my face rather going for the normal one. I make a toner mixed with  equal parts of  Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and  water in a small spray bottle that you would get in your nearby  local stores and vola! you’ve got your own homemade toner. You can spray the toner on your face and wipe it with your cotton pad or you can spray it on your cotton pad and tap the cotton pad on your face, you may  get a  little tingling feeling on your face, don’t worry that’s nothing harmful they are just killing off the bacteria.

Apple cider vinegar is equally as effective when taken internally  as when it is applied to the skin externally. In fact,I use apple cider vinegar as part of my daily beauty regime. It is a cost effective, 100% natural and organic way to keep your skin feeling fresh and supple.

THANK YOU
